Mark Pasculli, J.D., C.P.A
Senior Associate
Attorney Mark Pasculli holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fresno State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. After practicing as a CPA for six years, he graduated as Valedictorian from San Joaquin College of Law. He was admitted to the California bar and began the practice of law in 1994.
He served as Chief Operating Officer for a private group of companies in manufacturing, construction, property management, and insurance.
In 2003, Mark and his wife Lori acquired Cleanup and Total Restoration (CTR), a single-location full service property damage restoration company based in Boise Idaho. He expanded it to five locations across Idaho, Washington, and Oregon earning numerous industry awards. CTR was subsequently acquired by Trivest (HighGround Restoration Group).
Mark served as President of Restoration Affiliates from 2017 to 2019 and remains an advisor to
CTR and HighGround Restoration Group.
Mark is a Senior Associate with the Law Offices of Edward H. Cross & Associates where he uses his blended background in restoration, accounting, and law to zealously advocate for the rights of property damage restoration contractors. His practice focuses on collections, contractor’s license complaints, adjuster relations, workmanship issues, problem-solving and risk management.
He is licensed to practice law in California and is co-counsel to the firm’s lawyers who are licensed in Hawaii, Texas, Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington.
