Angela M. Bajramaj, B.A., J.D.

Partner

Attorney Angela M. Bajramaj is a graduate of Wayne State University of Law School with a Juris Doctorate Degree, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from University of Wisconsin – Madison. Prior to her career in law, Angela worked in her family’s construction business. She is one of the few female lawyers in the United States who holds a Residential Builder License.

Early in her career, Angela served as a Law Clerk, and then as an attorney for a Real Estate Division where she managed commercial litigation, construction, and real estate files. Her strengths also include research, legal writing, and restoration collections.

For eight years before joining Ed Cross, Angela served as Corporate Counsel for BELFOR, a multi-billion dollar property restoration company, where she oversaw its U.S. collections. She established a track record of resolving disputes efficiently and cost-effectively, and finding and implementing solutions to regulatory issues. In her years at BELFOR, she was on the ground and in the trenches following Hurricane Ian, and other natural disasters.

Angela brings years of restoration and collections experience to the Law Offices of Edward H. Cross, and we are honored to have her as a new Partner to advocate for Michigan restorers, and to assist lawyers in other states with restoration-specific issues.

Angela is also a passionate fundraiser for charities. She is generous, giving, and actively engages family and friends for some creative FUNdraising for her local community. In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her husband, five children, and little granddaughter.

Angela is licensed to practice law in Michigan. In her own words, Angela is “thrilled for the opportunity to continue to serve the restoration community alongside her Michigan partner, ‘The Restoration Lawyer’ Edward H. Cross.”
